The Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department is one of three departments in the School of Engineering which falls under the auspices of the College of Science, Engineering and Technology. There are two disciplines in the department namely Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering.
Mechanical and Industrial Engineers are equipped to make a difference within the various diverse environments that they may find themselves in. Both of these professionals are empowered to meet current and developmental societal needs
