Also, there is a culture of ‘‘get rich quick ’and many youths are unwilling to work their way to success through diligence, hard work and perseverance.

Government legislation makes it harder for many youths to start their own businesses and many entrepreneurs are struggling to keep their businesses afloat and be profitable because of heavy taxes, cost of production, etc. So they cannot employ people or are forced to lay off workers.
