Where Is Joubertina In South Africa
In South Africa’s Eastern Cape province, Joubertina is located in the serene Langkloof, which is Afrikaans for “long valley,” between the peaks of the Tsitsikamma and the Kouga Mountains. The exceptionally cold winter months and warm summer months are perfect for the apple producers in this region, which is dominated by peak Formosa (1675m), the highest point in the Tsitsikamma Mountains.

Near the westernmost point of the Eastern Cape, Joubertina is situated on the R62 road in the Langkloof valley, about 5 km west of Twee Riviere.
The mountain ranges of the Kouga, Baviaanskloof, and Tsitsikamma are home to Joubertina (pronounced Djou-ber-tina), where lodging is primarily offered on neighboring farms. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the small town, according to the blogs of locals, is woefully lacking in aesthetic appeal.
