A ticket is only good for the route, date, and time indicated on it when used by the passenger to whom it is issued. To check in, the passenger must present their specific ticket reference number and valid identification. Please be aware of the further requirements for minor children.
The onus of making sure the information on the ticket is accurate rests with the traveler. A ticket may become invalid if it is altered in any way.
Tickets do not have any transferable rights or ownership. However, under condition 3 below, tickets may be moved to a different date and time, in which case new tickets will be provided. All transfers must be paid for with a cancellation charge in accordance with clause 3 below.
Unless the cardholder complies with all requirements outlined during the booking process, which may include that the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) and the cardholder’s ID document must be presented upon boarding, the ticket for credit card bookings made via INTERCAPE’s website or call center will be automatically cancelled.
Is purchasing bus tickets online secure?

Can someone else purchase a bus ticket for you?
Make sure you fill out the “Enter passenger details” area with the name of the passenger who will be traveling. As usual, you can enter your billing information. Don’t forget to include the passenger’s email address so they can receive the booking confirmation.
