Coverage Value and Selection:

The bursary covers various expenses, including registration fees, tuition fees, prescribed books, and study materials. Successful applicants will be notified within three months after the application deadline. If you do not receive feedback by the end of January 2025-2026, please consider your application unsuccessful. Bursary recipients will be required to enter into a contractual agreement with the Gauteng Department of Social Development.

  • Matric certificate (certified copy)

  • Motivational letter supporting your application
  • Proof of residence in Gauteng
  • Proof of household income for parents or guardians (latest payslips if employed, affidavit if unemployed, proof of grant or pension if applicable)
