Grade 12 Certificate:

Certified copy of a valid grade 12 certificate with an aggregate D or E/S (from 750 and above) for the old certificate.

The certificate should include English Level 4 or above/D symbol (old certificates) and Biology (Life Sciences) Level 4 or above/D symbol (old certificates).

Additional science subjects (e.g., Physical Science, Mathematics/Maths Lit, Geography, Agricultural Science, Computer Science, Life Orientation) will be advantageous as an Admission Point System (minimum points of 24) is used for selection.

For Current Scholars: Certified grade 12 mid-year results.

For Serving Officers: Certified copy of study leave or a letter from your supervisor indicating that study leave is being processed.

Identity Document: Certified copy of your identity document.

If Applicable: Certified copy of your marriage certificate.

Curriculum Vitae: Include reliable contact numbers, a clear physical address, and your town/farm/village of origin as a catchment area.
