EDUVOS Financial Guidelines for 2025-2026 Enrolment

Admission and Payment Details:

• An admission fee of R200.00 is required alongside your initial payment.
• The fee schedule provided applies exclusively to the 2025-2026 intake period. Future fee structures for subsequent years will be announced accordingly.
• Exact fees will be delineated in the enrollment contract and are contingent upon the specific modules chosen.
• Please be aware that the fees listed exclude study materials, textbooks, and any optional external examination certifications, which are governed by the terms and conditions of external vendors.
• Quoted fees are based on a full academic year for level 1 module selections. Opting for elective or additional modules may incur additional costs. If extra modules are necessary for program admission, their costs are separate.

Monthly Payment Information:

• Monthly installments are payable by the 1st of each month, with the first payment due on or before classes commence.
• The number of installments corresponds with the chosen qualification and modality.

30% Deposit and Monthly Payments:

• A 30% deposit of the total course fee is due at the beginning of the month when classes start, in addition to the first month’s installment. This deposit is distinct from the installment payments.
• The remaining balance is then spread over the program duration, with each installment due on the 1st of the month.

International Student Deposit:

• International students are required to make a minimum deposit of 30% or the full payment upfront prior to completing the enrolment process.

Upfront Payments:

• Full payment of fees must be made in one installment before or on the first day of the month when classes commence.
