SAILI: Elevating South African Students through Science and Mathematics Education
Established in 1996, the South African Improved Learning Institution (SAILI) has been committed to nurturing and supporting high-caliber students through numerous scholarships and bursaries. In addition, SAILI takes pride in endorsing leading schools by channeling top scholars their way.
The Core of SAILI’s Vision
SAILI identifies Science and Mathematics as pillars of South Africa’s economy, and the catalysts for a science and technology-driven higher education system in the nation. With a deep-seated aim to enhance the socio-economic dynamics of the country, SAILI has successfully sponsored over 500 students into tertiary sectors, including Engineering, Science, Commerce, and Medicine.
These achievements have been made possible with the unwavering support of their generous donors such as Kantey & Templer, Aurecon, Polyoak packaging, Coronation, Investec, and FutureGrowth Asset Management. Besides financial contributions, these donors play a crucial role in offering project development guidance, mentorship, learning resources, and work-shadow experiences.
