ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR V (ODV119M)

1 X 3-HOUR PAPER

One of the most important reasons for this is the inability to present subject matter holistically; in other words, to create an understanding of the interrelated nature and need for support between the different components and the modules of which they form part. The approach in this subject is to present and explain the dynamics in organisations, while allowing students to apply those dynamics in their own organisations. (Total tuition time: ± 100 hours)
