  • Applicants employed full-time by the Department of Correctional Services:
    • Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification.

For Applicants with a National Senior Certificate in or After 2008:

  • National Senior Certificate with a bachelor’s degree or diploma endorsement, or an equivalent qualification, with at least Level 3 in English and Level 3 in Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.

Selection criteria are based on an Admission Point Score (APS) of at least 20.

Curriculum: The program spans three years and is offered in two options: Soshanguve South Campus (day classes) and Distance Education (limited contact classes).
