This programme will be replaced by an Advanced Diploma in People Performance
Admission requirements: A National Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 6, with Human Resource Management as a major subject as determined by the Status Committee with an average of 65%.
Brief description of program: The BTech Degree is designed to expose students to strategic issues within the organization by focusing on Advanced Strategic Management,
Advanced Industrial Relations, Advanced Management of Training, Advanced Personnel Management, Organizational Behavior and Research Methodology.
