The University of South Africa proudly introduces the Short Course in Managing Health and Nutrition in Adverse Conditions (72540), a vital program designed for health workers, educators, and community-involved individuals. This course focuses on identifying and effectively addressing malnutrition, especially in challenging environments.

Learning Objectives: Participants will gain expertise in:

  • Summative assessment via a portfolio, also accounting for 50% of the final mark.
