How Can I Start the CCMA Process?

A referral form, also known as an LRA Form 7.11, can be completed in the first step and is accessible from the CCMA offices, Department of Labor, and CCMA’s website (http://www.ccma.org.za). Once this form has been properly filled out and the dispute has been located, it must be submitted to the opposite party via registered mail, fax, hand delivery, or email.
