Who Is the Minister of Tourism in South Africa

Nonceba Sisulu, Lindiwe

Sisulu was transferred from the Department of Human Settlements to the Department of International Relations and Cooperation, replacing Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, when President Cyril Ramaphosa revealed his reorganized cabinet.

In 1996, Sisulu was appointed to his first position in the cabinet as the deputy minister of home affairs, a position he held until 2001. She named Tony Yengeni to the Defense Review Committee while she was the minister of defense.

The South African government’s Cabinet includes a Minister for tourism.

The national tourist organization, South African Tourism, is in charge of promoting South Africa as a travel destination both domestically and abroad.
