ABOUT THE ABSA BMI BURSARY PROGRAM
Absa Bank Limited, commonly known as Absa, offers the BMI (Business, Mathematics, and Informatics) Bursary for students pursuing specific fields of study at North-West University (Potchefstroom or Vaal Campus). The bursary program aims to provide financial assistance to students to help them complete their studies and establish a career. Each year, Absa invites students to apply for this bursary program.
FIELDS COVERED
The Absa BMI Bursary is available for students pursuing the following qualifications at North-West University:
- Actuarial Sciences
- Business Analytics/Data Science
- Financial Mathematics
- Quantitative Risk Management
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the Absa BMI Bursary, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be currently in Matric or have completed Matric.
- Have achieved a minimum result of 70% for English in Grade 11.
- Have achieved a minimum result of 70% for Mathematics in Grade 11.
- Be enrolled to study one of the aforementioned qualifications.
- Be enrolled to study at North-West University (Potchefstroom or Vaal Campus).

HOW TO APPLY
