A current SA ID

3 latest payslips or 3 latest bank statements

 

Must be employed full-time and receive a monthly salary

A working cell phone number

A valid South African bank account

Yes. You must create a profile that can only be accessed with your SA ID number and a one-time-only One-Time-Pin (OTP) that will be sent directly to the cellphone number you registered with.

Simply log into your profile using your SA ID number, and we’ll send you a unique One-Time-Pin (OTP) that will be sent directly to the cellphone number you registered with. Then, simply follow the instructions.

 

  1. MY LOAN APPLICATION WAS DECLINED; HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BEFORE APPLYING FOR A CAPFIN LOAN AGAIN?

After 30 calendar days, you may reapply for a Capfin loan.

 

  1. HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT LOAN AMOUNT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR?

A loan offer will be prepared for you, indicating the loan amount you may be eligible for pending the completion of our affordability assessment. The loan amount is subject to change based on additional credit checks performed after your application is completed and submitted to us.

  1. HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I APPLY FOR?

We provide loans of up to R50 000 based on the results of your affordability assessment, which takes into account factors such as your income and expenses, credit profile, and payment history.

 

  1. HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PAY-OUT?

After approval, your loan will be transferred to your designated bank account within 48 business hours.
