There are numerous options for paying your SA Water bill. Residential customers can use mySAWater to view, pay, and manage their accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also submit a metre reading, request a refund if you are in credit, view previous bills, and keep track of your bills and payments.
Another option is to use a PAY MUNICIPAL ACCOUNT.
Once registered, simply login and go to the Municipal Accounts icon to “Add Bill.” This will allow you to select the municipality who issued the bill and then enter the account number so that your payment is allocated to the correct account.
You will then see a list of bills you have added and can choose to pay one or more of them by entering the amount and clicking the trolley icon to add it to your basket. You can then choose your preferred payment method, and the receipt will be emailed to you after a successful payment. Receipts can also be viewed in the site’s profile section under your transaction history.
