Club Magazine, owned by The Foschini Group (TFG), is a monthly publication that offers various benefits to its readers, including monthly prize drawings and shopping coupons. The magazine covers topics related to lifestyle and fashion, including beauty, celebrity gossip, healthy living, and delicious food recipes.

ClubX Magazine Bursary 2026-2027

The Club Magazine Bursary Programme aims to provide financial assistance to students enrolled at specific educational institutions. The bursaries are offered on a monthly basis, with a total of 12 bursaries available each month. Each bursary has a value of R15,000.

Eligible applicants include those who have a current subscription to Club Magazine or have an immediate family member (e.g., mother, father, husband, wife, daughter, son, grandchild, brother, or sister) with an active Club Magazine subscription. The bursaries are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 12 candidates who successfully apply each month.

Bursary Coverage

Successful applicants of the Club Magazine Bursary Programme will receive R15,000, which will be directly deposited into their accounts to assist with tuition costs. However, it’s important to note that the bursary cannot be used for other expenses such as textbooks, accommodation, or exam retakes. The bursary cannot be exchanged for cash.

Recipients of the bursary are required to enroll in correspondence or part-time programs within six months from the date of receiving the bursary.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Club Magazine Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a South African citizen.
Be a Club Magazine subscriber or have an immediate family member who is.
Have paid for Club Magazine subscriptions on time.
Have a current Foschini Group subscription.
Be enrolled in a South African university or school.
Not have received a bursary from Club Magazine in the past 36 months.
Attend one of the specified tertiary institutions: Damelin Correspondence College, Damelin College, Central Technical College, Intec College, City Varsity, or ICESA.

Applicants for the Club Magazine Bursary Programme must complete the online application form available on the Club Magazine website. The application form requires the following information:

Email address, cell number, and full name.
ID number.
Address, postal code, and province.
Name of the applicant’s school or tertiary institution.
Bank account information for the school or tertiary institution.
Grade and year of study.
A motivational letter explaining the need for the bursary.
Foschini Group Account number.

Applicants should ensure that they meet all the application requirements to avoid rejection.

Closing Date

The Club Magazine Bursary Programme does not have a specific closing date and is open year-round. The bursaries are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 12 successful applicants each month.
