• Click on Forgot Username or Password on the FNB home page.
• The forgotten your Username and Password will be displayed.
• Select the type of profile you will like to change your login details for (personal or business).
• Enter your Card number.
• Enter your PIN.
• Enter your ID or Passport Number.
• Click on Continue.
• Enter a New Username.
• Select Password Visibility.
• Enter your New Password.
• Re-renter your new password to Confirm it.
• Click on Confirm.
