Here is how to retrieve your username and Password after forgetting it :
- Click on Forgot Username or Password on the FNB home page.
- The forgotten your Username and Password will be displayed.
- Select the type of profile you will like to change your login details for (personal or business).
- Enter your Card number.
- Enter your PIN.
- Enter your ID or Passport Number.
- Click on Continue.
- Enter a New Username.
- Select Password Visibility.
- Enter your New Password.
- Re-renter your new password to Confirm it.
- Click on Confirm.
