The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport offers bursaries to South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 35 who reside within the KwaZulu-Natal province. The bursaries are intended for students studying or intending to study in specific fields related to transportation and logistics. The supported fields of study include:
- Civil Engineering (BSc)
- Transportation Economics (National Diploma)
- Transportation Management (Diploma)
- Logistics Management (Diploma)
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport Bursary Program, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Age between 18 and 35 years
- Residency in the KwaZulu-Natal province
- Currently in Matric or completed Matric
- Studying or intending to study in one of the specified fields
- Acceptance or provisional acceptance to a tertiary institution
- Good academic record
- From a previously disadvantaged background or a vulnerable group
