Essential Documents for LCOEC Application
Remember to upload the following, each certified and scanned individually: • Grade 11 final results if you’re in grade 12, or your official National Senior Certificate if you’ve completed it. • A certified copy of your ID or passport is mandatory. • If married, include a certified copy of your marriage certificate. • Document certifications should be fresh—no older than six months.

The Application Journey
Keep these points in mind: • You may opt for up to two programs in order of preference, but admission will be granted for only one. • LCOEC will communicate the outcome of your application. Acceptance must be promptly acknowledged or declined. • Failure to respond will result in the offer being rescinded and passed to another candidate. • Upon acceptance, complete your registration for the granted admission period.

Mandatory Documents for New Qualification Applicants
All new applicants must upload: • Certified end-year results for current Grade 12 students or the National Senior Certificate for graduates. • Certified ID or passport copy. • Certified marriage certificate, if applicable. • Certifications should be recent—within the last six months.
LCOEC maintains the right to request original documentation or verify the authenticity of the submitted documents. Fraudulent submissions will be penalized.

Application Steps: • Online applications are exclusive for Higher Certificate or Diploma in Emergency Medical Care. Click here to apply. • Short Course applications (for Gauteng Emergency Medical Care officials only) are managed directly through Lebone College of Emergency Care. • Timely submission of required documents is crucial—late submissions will not be considered. • Incomplete applications result in disqualification; you would have to reapply in the next cycle.
