TUT Faculty Of Economics and Finance

Welcome to the Faculty of Economics and Finance. This Faculty combines and integrates two main disciplines – a focus on engagement with and service to the business community and a focus on economic sciences. We provide quality and challenging education designed at meeting the public and private sector employment needs throughout the continent and the SADC regions. We have a strong focus on entrepreneurship, propelling our graduates to also create jobs.

We have experienced academic staff members that continuously work towards the empowerment of students and building strong relationships with both the public and private sectors. We are on the forefront of knowledge on various disciplines our programmes are drawn from. Our great work can attest to the quality of graduates we produce and the opportunities that arise when they enter the job market. The faculty strives to instil in our students the love of learning that we hope to become an integral part of their future development. Only in this way, we believe, will we fulfil our mission of education.
