Entrance Requirements for Specific Programs: For those eyeing the environmental health practitioner program, the following prerequisites apply:
- Registered environmental health practitioner (independent practice) with HPCSA.
- Employment in a Municipality in an environmental health role.
- Completion of a peace officers course.
- Priority for attendees is given to Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and North West provinces. A maximum of 4 attendees per municipality per session is permissible.
- The course spans 5 days (8 hours/day) and is non-credit bearing.
