REMARKS

a.Admission requirement(s):

A Baccalaureus Technologiae: Drama, or a relevant qualification. A candidate should preferably have passed the subject Research Methods in the Arts or Research Methodology before registering, but must definitely do so before the dissertation will be accepted.

b.Selection criteria:

Submission of an acceptable letter of intent to the Head of the Department or Departmental Research Committee.

c.Duration:

A minimum of one year and a maximum of three years.

d.Exclusion and readmission:

See Chapter 2 of Students’ Rules and Regulations.

e.Presentation:

Option 1: Research; or

Option 2: Research and block-mode classes.

f.Rules on postgraduate studies:

See Chapter 8 of the Students’ Rules and Regulations for more information.
