According to National Treasury Circular No 3 of 2015/6 – Central Supplier Database, suppliers must register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (“CSD”). National Treasury is in charge of maintaining a database of all suppliers to the government and its organizations.
All current and prospective suppliers are encouraged to self-register with the CSD by visiting the National Treasury website at www.CSD.gov.za.
SARS tenders are published on the National Treasury’s e-Tender Publications Portal, which can be found at www.etenders.gov.za on the SARS website.
