What Is Nqf Level 5 in South Africa

The National Qualifications Framework (NQF) is a plan developed in response to the evolving educational landscape. This system combines education and training. It also keeps track of your academic achievements and guarantees that they are acknowledged.

 

The NQF levels are numbered 1 through 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. The various levels symbolize the various levels of education and qualifications attained by the individual.

Level 8 is an Honours Degree earned after successfully completing an honors program at a higher education institution.

 

A Masters Degree is at Level 9. This is given to students who have completed a Masters program in their chosen faculty.
