The bursary will provide R30,000 per year, partially covering expenses such as accommodation, registration fees, textbooks, and other related costs. It will also cover the fees for the remaining years of the degree course (from the 2nd to the 4th year). The bursary funds will be directly deposited into the university account once the bursary panel receives a statement containing the student’s name and ID number.

Recipients of the bursary will also be granted ADSA student membership during their study period. After completing their studies, bursary recipients are required to work in South Africa for a specific duration, excluding community service periods. Additionally, they must actively participate as members of ADSA at the local branch level during the same period.

  • Pursuing a degree in dietetics and entering the second year of the program in the upcoming academic year (the bursary covers from the 2nd to the 4th year of study).
