Clover Pinnacle Bursary 2024-2025
Clover invites students to participate in its bursary program for the upcoming academic year. The bursary supports students pursuing undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, and Food Science.
The Clover Pinnacle Bursary covers a range of expenses, including monthly allowances for travel and meals, book allowances, complete tuition fees, laptop and accommodation charges. Shortlisted candidates will also have the opportunity to engage in vacation work.
Bursary Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria before applying for the bursary:
- Completion of the Matric examination or intention to pursue an undergraduate degree in the specified fields
- Enrollment or acceptance at an accredited and recognized South African educational institution
- Minimum overall Matric score of 65%
- Minimum average score of 65% in final exams if studying at the tertiary level
- Minimum of 65% in Science and Mathematics for those applying for Food Science Engineering
- Proficiency in English (oral, written, and reading)
- Willingness to enter into a funding agreement, participate in vacation work, and relocate during the work-back period
- Energetic, self-motivated, ambitious, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Documents Required
Applicants must provide the following documents to be considered for the bursary:
- Certified copies of ID documents
- Proof of address
- Matric certificate, final exam result from the previous year, or recent academic transcripts
- Proof of university acceptance, preferably on the university’s letterhead
- Certified copies of guardians’ ID documents
- Proof of household income
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
Closing Date
The closing date for the Clover Pinnacle Bursary is 12 February 2024-2025. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered by the bursary committee.
