About the SAIBPP Bursaries 2024-2025:
The SAIBPP (South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners) Bursary Fund aims to provide access to tertiary education for aspiring and current students with financial need who are pursuing full-time studies in property or related fields. The bursary includes coverage for tuition and registration fees, accommodation, and a book allowance for up to 4 years (conditional renewal).

Bursaries will only be allocated for studies in commercial property-related qualifications, including but not limited to:
- BSc Property Studies
- BSc Real Estate
- BSc Property Development
- BCom Honours Property Valuation and Management
- National Diploma Real Estate

About The South African Institute Of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP):
The South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) is a non-profit professional association based in South Africa. Its mission is to advocate for and facilitate transformation within the property sector and the built environment. SAIBPP plays a vital role in shaping key national policies related to B-BBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment) legislation, driving SMME (Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises) development, and promoting skills development in the property sector and the built environment.
Bursary Requirements And Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following minimum entry criteria:
- South African citizen.
- Grade 12 learners intending to enroll in their 1st year of full-time academic studies.
- Matriculants who have passed with university exemption and are currently employed.
- Students currently enrolled full-time in a South African tertiary institution for a relevant course of study.
- Willingness to become a student member of SAIBPP and engage in community outreach.
- Proven record of academic performance and excellent academic results (final Grade 11 and June results required for current matriculants).
- Proof of financial need.
Prospective students should be studying or intending to study at one of the specified institutes in South Africa where the relevant degree programs are offered.

- Download and complete the SAIBPP Bursary Fund Application Form 2024-2025.
- Attach certified copies of the following documents:
- A certified copy of your ID document.
- A certified copy of your grade 11 final results AND Matric latest results, if currently in Matric.
- A certified copy of your matric certificate, if completed Matric.
- A certified copy of your full tertiary academic record, if currently studying at the tertiary level.
- Parents/guardians’ proof of household income (latest payslips if employed; certified copy/affidavit if unemployed).

Closing Date:
The closing date for the SAIBPP Bursaries 2024-2025 is 15 December. Ensure you apply before the closing date to have your application considered. If you do not receive a response from SAIBPP within 1 month after the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
