Who can apply?
We want students who have a great academic track record at school or university. If you’re an undergraduate, a CTA/PGDA student or in your Grade 12 year, apply for a bursary and start your journey towards being a qualified CA with our community of solvers.
The bursaries are linked to academic performance and financial need.
-
Academic achievement award — a fixed amount that includes a book allowance, payable to the university towards your tuition.
- Tuition and/or accommodation bursary — covers a percentage (between 20% to 100%) of tuition with a book allowance. For students with very high financial need, we also cover a percentage (from 20% to 100%) of accommodation costs and a once-off living allowance. When we calculate your bursary award, we work on a sliding scale depending on your academic results and financial need. The bursaries range from a 20% award to a 100% award.
