Columbus Stainless invites students residing in the local areas of Middelburg/Witbank to apply for their bursary program for the 2025-2026 academic year. The bursaries are awarded for undergraduate degree studies in the following fields:

Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology (BEng/BSc)
Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc)
Industrial Engineering (BEng/BSc)
Mechanical Engineering (BEng/BSc)
Metallurgy/Material Sciences/Chemical Engineering (BEng/BSc)

Eligibility Requirements for the Columbus Stainless Bursary:

Applicants must meet the following minimum entry criteria before applying:

South African citizenship
Residing in Middelburg/Witbank, Mpumalanga province
Currently in Matric during the 2023 academic year
Intending to study full-time toward an undergraduate degree in one of the specified fields
Starting the first year of study in 2025-2026
Provisionally accepted at a South African university
Strong academic record with a minimum overall average of 70%
