Afrox Bursary Programme Details
Afrox offers a bursary programme aimed at supporting students within the engineering faculty who have demonstrated strong academic performance but may be limited by financial resources. The bursary is available to students who have excelled in their first year of study in the following engineering fields:
- Chemical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
The bursary package includes coverage for tuition fees, textbooks, residence accommodation, and food expenses. It is awarded for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on academic performance and participation in vacation work during the June/July and December/January holiday periods.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Afrox bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Completion of Matric
- Full-time enrollment in one of the specified fields of study
