- Studying at a recognized and accredited tertiary institution
in South Africa.
- Achieved a minimum of 60% for all subjects in the current year of study.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership, supervisory, and management abilities.
- Have basic computer literacy skills.
- Be medically fit (a valid Medical fitness certificate is required within 21 days of accepting the bursary offer).
- No criminal record.
- Preference may be given to students residing in the local area of the mines.
