Clicks Foundation Pharmacy Bursary 2024-2025:
The Clicks Foundation is offering bursaries to students for the upcoming year. These bursaries are specifically for undergraduate studies in Pharmacy.
The primary goal of the bursary is to address the skills shortage in South Africa and provide opportunities for improving the situation.
The selection of candidates will be based solely on merit, and there are no obligations attached to the bursary. The Clicks Foundation promotes principles such as encouraging transformation, sustainable development, and contributing to the nation’s development plan.
The bursary will be awarded at the discretion of the Clicks Foundation. Applicants will undergo screening based on the foundation’s selection criteria, taking into consideration the economic and national population.
The Clicks Foundation Pharmacy bursary covers registration fees, tuition, and prescribed textbooks, and provides study assistance and learning aids when needed. However, it does not cover expenses from the previous year or study loans.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Clicks Foundation Pharmacy Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizenship
- Age between 19 and 35 years
- Successful completion of the Matric examination
- Enrollment in the second, third, or fourth year of an undergraduate Pharmacy degree program
- Studying at an accredited and recognized South African university
- Minimum average score of 70% in the latest academic record
- Not receiving any other bursary or scholarship benefits
- Preference given to candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds
