About NDMC (National Disaster Management Centre):

  • Must have achieved at least 50% in each subject in Matric.
  • Must have scored at least 50% in all major subjects in the first year of study.
  • The total household income should not exceed R 350,000 per year.

While fulfilling these criteria is essential, preference will be given to students pursuing a disaster management qualification over those pursuing related degrees. The final selection of bursary recipients is at the discretion of NDMC.

    • Proof of household income (payslips if employed; affidavit if unemployed; proof of pension if applicable).
