About Energy Mobility Education Trust:
The Energy Mobility Education Trust, established in 2014, is dedicated to assisting South African youth in obtaining formal education and achieving their life goals. The trust’s primary focus is to enhance the skills of young black South Africans through various development programs, contributing to their economic growth and development. Special attention is given to women and people with disabilities to ensure their active participation in the country’s economic growth, fostering a more equitable society. By offering various skill development programs, the trust helps young individuals build confidence and work toward a better future with purpose. Through training and certification initiatives, the trust not only empowers highly promising black youth to achieve their goals but also contributes to reducing unemployment in the country.
Energy Mobility Education Trust Scholarship 2025-2026:
The Energy Mobility Education Trust Scholarship 2025-2026 is available to undergraduate and postgraduate students in South Africa. This scholarship not only covers various expenses for recipients but also provides the necessary support and guidance to help them fulfill their dreams.
Fields of study covered by the Energy Mobility Education Trust Scholarship 2025-2026 include:

The scholarship covers the following expenses for eligible students:

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Energy Mobility Education Trust Scholarship 2025-2026, you must meet specific eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in your application not being considered. Eligibility criteria include:
- South African citizenship.
- Age of 40 or younger.
- Black under the B-BBEE Act.
- Studying in one of the specified fields.
- Enrollment as an undergraduate student in the 3rd or final year or pursuing Honours, Masters, or PhD.
- Attending one of the universities that are current scholarship partners of the Trust, including the University of Johannesburg (UJ), the University of Witwatersrand (WITS), the University of Pretoria (UP), or the University of Fort Hare (UFH).
- Total household income not exceeding R600,000 per annum.

You must submit your completed application along with the following mandatory supporting documents. Failure to provide any of these documents will result in your application being rejected:
- Certified copy of your ID proof.
- Complete academic record or transcript on the institution’s letterhead.
- Statement of your fees on the institution’s letterhead.
- University acceptance or registration proof on the institution’s letterhead.
- Certified copy of income proof if you are earning.
- Certified copy of income proof of parents/guardians, including the latest payslips if employed, affidavit if unemployed, pension statement if receiving government pension.
Closing Date:
The closing date for the Energy Mobility Education Trust Scholarship 2025-2026 is 7 December . Applications must be submitted before the closing date to be considered.
