- Age between 18 and 28 years
- First to third-year university students
- Minimum average score of 50-60%
- Residency in specific areas of Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, North-West, Limpopo, or Northern Cape
- Full-time study in one of the specified fields at an accredited university
- Valid Matric certificate
