About Tomorrow Trust:
Tomorrow Trust is a non-profit organization in South Africa dedicated to helping vulnerable and orphaned children through a holistic approach. The organization focuses on providing academic support, self-development opportunities, life skills training, and psycho-social support to these children. Tomorrow Trust aims to empower these children to achieve their full potential and contribute positively to society. It was established in 2005 in response to the poverty crisis caused by HIV/AIDS, which left many children orphaned.

Tomorrow Trust Bursaries 2024-2025:
Tomorrow Trust is offering comprehensive bursaries for the upcoming academic year. These bursaries cover various aspects of a student’s educational journey and include the following benefits:
- Full university fees
- Living allowance
- Accommodation allowance
- Textbooks and equipment
- A laptop
In addition to financial support, Tomorrow Trust provides one-on-one monthly psychological support to help students with academic coaching, mental well-being, career guidance, and general life challenges. Students also have access to specialized monthly holistic workshops that cover essential topics for success in both work and life.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Tomorrow Trust Undergrad Bursary, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- The candidate must be between 18 to 25 years of age.
- Must be pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree, including Honors.
- Must NOT be a Masters or Ph.D. student.
- Must be pursuing a degree or intending to pursue a degree at one of the following institutions: Rhodes University, University of Pretoria (UP), University of Cape Town (UCT), Stellenbosch University, University of Johannesburg (UJ), and University of the Witwatersrand (WITS).
- Graduates who completed or will complete their undergraduate degrees between January and December 2024-2025 are eligible.
How to Apply:
Applicants should follow these steps to apply for the Tomorrow Trust Undergrad Bursary:

Documents Required:
Applicants must submit the following mandatory documents along with their application form:
- Certified ID document.
- Grade 12 term-2 school reports (with a school stamp).
- A motivation letter explaining why you have chosen your field of study and your plans for using it after graduation.
- Proof of income (combine all documents for all household members, including SASSA and affidavits, into a single document or scan).
- If you are in matric (2022), submit a Grade 11 end-year report (with the school stamp).
- If you are an undergraduate student at a university or have completed matric, provide your latest official transcript.
- Matric certificate (certified by a commissioner of oaths or a police station).
Important Note: For applicants under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian must complete a signed consent form along with a certified copy of their proof of identity to comply with the POPI regulations. The guardian consent form can be downloaded from the provided link.
Closing Date:
The application deadline for the Tomorrow Trust Undergrad Bursary is 31 October at midday (12 pm).
Students will receive a confirmation email upon submission of the application form. If your application is unsuccessful, Tomorrow Trust will provide guidance. Successful candidates will be invited for interviews. If you do not receive a response from Tomorrow Trust within four months of the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
