The online application process is open from 1 September to 30 November each year, while the paper application process is open from 1 August to 31 October each year. Once an application has been submitted, students will be required to submit supporting documentation, such as proof of income and ID. NSFAS will then assess the application and make a decision on whether or not the student qualifies for funding.
